The Eagle Ridge Institute operates a program entitled YouthBuild. This program is designed to help young people 17 to 25 years of age complete their high school education and learn a meaningful vocational skill. The salient factor is that while these young folks are learning they are also being paid a stipend. What a deal! And once the student completes his vocational training they will be placed in a job where they can earn a living wage.
